Attorney John “Scott” Wesson graduated from the University of Tennessee with highest honors in 1997 and from the University of Memphis School of Law, with a Juris Doctor, in 1999 where he earned the Dean‘s Award for Academic Excellence. Scott is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Tennessee.
Mr. Wesson is a former attorney and Administrative Specialist with the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Tennessee Department of Labor and is a State Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator offering his services as a dispute resolution expert.
Scott has been married to Teresa Headrick Wesson for more than 20 years and has 2 surprisingly athletic children and 2 dachshunds. He lives in the “North Shore” area of Chattanooga.
