For over 30 years, C. Mark Warren has represented the interests of individuals hurt by the negligence of others. Over the years, C. Mark has obtained millions of dollars for his clients through trials and settlements against insurance companies for damages caused to individuals by car accidents, truck wrecks, work injuries, and/or dangerous premises.
John Mark Griffin focuses his practice on representing individuals injured in automobile accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death claims, nursing home abuse and malpractice, dangerous premises cases (slip and falls), and work-related injuries.
Ryan M. Womack represents those injured in car accidents, work injuries, and/or dangerous premises cases. Mr. Womack is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and Chattanooga Bar Association.
Attorney John McCown obtained his doctorate of jurisprudence, magna cum laude, in 1997, from Georgia State University. While is school, Mr. McCown served as Associate Lead Articles Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review. Mr. McCown received the Outer Barristers Guild Award in 1997, and CALI Awards of Excellence in both Constitutional Law and Remedies in 1996. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of West Georgia in 1994.
Stephen B. Farrow has practiced law for 32 years, and has served for over five years as a judge with the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. He defended insurance companies and other institutional entities for much of his legal career, positioning him to use that unique knowledge to better represent his injured clients in obtaining favorable settlements and verdicts in automobile accidents, work injuries, and premises liability.
A.J. Walker obtained his doctorate of jurisprudence in 2015 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Mr. Walker received the Dean’s Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award in May of 2015 for providing meaningful pro bono service to the Memphis community. Mr. Walker now works primarily with automobile accident victims, premises liability cases, and worker’s compensation claims.
Attorney Derek M. Nelson graduated with a degree in Accountancy from Auburn University in 2011, where he attended on a four-year scholarship. Mr. Nelson then obtained his juris doctor from the University of Arkansas in 2014, and was licensed to practice law in Tennessee that same year. During law school, Mr. Nelson spent a summer working in the State of Alabama Attorney General’s office for Attorney General Luther Strange. Mr. Nelson now works primarily on automobile accident cases, premises liability cases, and nursing home cases.
Since graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law, Fred has been involved in a diverse practice. He has tried cases throughout Middle and East Tennessee and has argued cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Thatcher M. Smith attended the Duncan School of Law in Knoxville where he obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, graduating first in his class with highest honors, while accumulating 16 CALI Excellence for the Future Awards which are given in recognition for the highest grade achieved in an individual class.
